Back Splash Design and Installation

Project scope
Design elements were to use a mix or complementary materials.
Travertine and Glass tiles, in a horizontal lay up.
The void was about 18 inches
7 Courses of Travertine 2 by 4 inch tiles, was split 4 on bottom and 3 on top
Class tile infill was set at 1 course 4 inches high
The sum of the 8 courses filled the 18 inch void
A tan grout was applied to fill in the cracks in both tiles

Me Fix It came out and measured the area to cover.
After several mock up and his help, we came up with the final design.
We could not be happier and get complements on the back splash regularly

Back Splash, completed.
Lighting makes it appear to be 2 different Travertine tiles, but they are the same.
