International Harvester 254 Tractor
Will not run, start, no electrical functions.

Battery OK
Alternator Unknown
Ignition switch NO power
Fuse block NO power
Wiring appeared to be OK
Found insulation holding wire in place
Crimped new lug on wire and connected to starter
Starting issue traced back to ignition switch
Replaced switch and returned to normal operation
